Waking up to a thrashing of elemental realities my mind was in a spiraling race of contemplative concept and abandonment. I wanted to give up and then my sweet Ama arrived with a note, Daddy don’t give up!!! It was all I needed to keep going. Everyone so far loves the food and the hand pies are winning hearts over.

Welcome to the Fuego de lotus, we are excited to be serving food that will surely feed the spirit within. It has influence’s from Venezueala, Mexico and very special people within my family. There will be alot of building on the lot where the Fire Lotus is located, we will be putting in a 5 foot Lotus fire pit with stone benches underneath a 30 foot gazebo that features a flame center piece at the top. We also are actively doing a bicycle drive in theatre, events twice a month with a beer and wine garden. There are lots of ideas so keep in touch so you don’t miss something you will regret.
